Ethics and Study information

Qualitative research requires a higher level of ethical consideration and privacy protections than survey research.  I have attached my plan for ethical compliance as an example of the considerations relevant at the time this research was conducted.  I also provide the original documents given to the participants describing the research itself and the consent form they reviewed and signed before participating.
